Flexi Pass

Until the end of May 2025, 6 class passes are still available, after which they will be replaced by Flexi Passes.

Please note: a Flexi Pass cannot be used to book for Level 1 (Absolute Beginners), which is only available by booking the whole course.

Information for how to purchase & use a Flexi Pass (previously called ‘6 class pass’).

These passes give a discount compared with paying for individual classes (courses are even more discounted at £48 for 6, but are for 6 fixed dates). Passes are a more flexible option than courses and cost £54 for any 6 classes within a 3 month period (saving £18 if you were to pay for individual classes on the door). They effectively make each class cost £9.

Please note: Once you have purchased a pass you still need to book for classes you wish to attend. The pass just means you have already paid at the discounted price (whereas courses have the added advantage that you only book once for the 6 weeks).

How to Purchase:

You will need to book for at least one class at the same time as you purchase the pass (unless you already have an existing pass).

After reading these instructions, click the button below and you will be taken to the booking system. Click on Select, then View Selections (or the basket at the top of the page). You will then be prompted to select a ticket. Click on Select Tickets and then book a class as normal (you should see an information box saying the ticket is included in your class pass).

Please note: You cannot book a course ticket with the pass, but you can book a drop-in ticket to attend individual classes within a Level 2 course.

Click on View Selections (or the basket) again. You will see the price of the class ticket is crossed out so you will only pay for the pass when you check out. Click Book Now to check out and complete as normal. Note that you have to use the same email address to use the pass for future bookings.

Using Your Pass:

Once you have purchased a Flexi Pass, you can book classes whenever you like within 3 months until the pass is used up.

Please note: If you are attending 2 classes on one night, you only need to book for one of them (please select your actual level). However, if you wish to attend a Level 1 Beginners Course in one style (Salsa or Bachata) and also attend another class of the other style, please book the relevant course rather than use a pass.

Each time you wish to attend a class please book in advance – you can access the booking system using the button below.

Select class tickets as normal. When you check out you will not need to pay as long as you still have pass uses left. You will need to be logged in with the same email address you used when purchasing the pass.
